I frequently listen to the radio (usually CBC Radio2) on my computer; one day did that and the sound quality was odd. after a few minutes I realised there was an echo. eventually I realised that I must have double-clicked on the appropriate button, and I had not one but two windows open and playing the tunes; almost, but not quite, at the same time.
