Square Dance Tonight Cancelled!

kent4str tonight but I just received a telephone call 15 minutes ago from the caller booker indicating that the space was double-booked: there's an elementary school play in progress in the space we were going to use! Bummer!
The coordinator and I split up the dancer list between us; I've telephoned the people on my list and sent a cancellation notice through eVite. I had to leave answering machine messages for three people though: I hope we've caught everyone in time!
