It didn't seem to make a difference if the wave was RH or LH. Once I realized it was causing heartburn, I tried varying the usage to see if I could narrow down the problem but it seemed a general issue.
Now that I think of it, I've seen this happen at Chesapeake Squares' club nights too, although I can't recall it coming up with DC Lambda Squares.
