You're ABSOLUTELY right about that. I had the great fortune in 1984 to start teaching before I had any intentions of calling. It was a blessing, since it gave me huge amounts of mic time right off with a group of folks anxious to learn.
And I taught as if each lesson was really a dance (it should be). Added bonus.
