Staying Strong
Oct. 25th, 2005 01:03 pmMy ex, John, sent me the following from Toronto:
I am pleased to announce that my partner Chris has just this morning launched his new website, "Staying Strong". This is both a free information resource for older adults who want to stay active and healthy throughout their lives, and a way for Chris to promote his personal training and group training services.
Please have a look, and if you know someone else who may be interested, please forward the link to them. Chris will be continually adding information about the latest research on fitness for older adults, and has a column where he answers questions that people send in.
And by the way, he needs more questions! Interesting questions are the heart of any advice column, so please feel free to send some in! It's all anonymous.

Thank you!
-john, very proud partner
I have no commercial interest at all in this, outside of supporting my friends in new ventures and wishing them all possible success.
