He's Arrived!

After a long and somewhat annoying drive, cuyahogarvr has arrived in Silver Spring, MD!

Today around 10 AM, the movers with the bulk of his worldly possessions should be arriving; the bulk of the items will be placed in the basement rec room and garage until we can shuffle some furniture and merge our collective households.

It's going to be an interesting ride! :-)

Wow - close indeed! Cute home!

Escaping? Well, didn't have much choice - we moved away when I was ten. We moved back to White Oak when I was thirteen, then away again when I was sixteen. When I left Texas to make my way in the world, I seriously considered returning to the DC area... until I remembered the sweltering summers and the frigid winters.
