congrats on finishing up the Plus class! Isn't it amazing that as you teach more and more, you realize what little things MAKE A DIFFERENCE from the previous level(s) that would make your life, and that of your students, easier and less stressful? I always experience this, and try to work it in so the "next time" all are better prepared, me and them both, for the material.
I'd be interested to know: what gems did you make note of, that you'd "drill harder" etc? Also, would you/Kent care to do a tip on Thursday night, or just come and be dancers (what a relief!) for once? See you then! A bunch of us are meeting at Dakota Cowgirl at 6pm beforehand for dinner if you can make it there.
