ACDC is On!
Feb. 11th, 2010 02:32 pmLest there be any doubt, DC Lambda Squares' ACDC weekend event is on!
Despite the heavy snowfall, DC is digging itself out. If you're flying to DC, check your flight status before departing for the airport; while all three major DC airports are open, there may be flight delays. Primary & secondary streets as well as highways are mostly clear and crews are actively working on removing the excess snow and opening neighborhoods once again.
We've confirmed the hall staff will be there to open & close for us and the Crowne Plaza Hotel is indeed open for business.
Despite our over-the-top winter wonderland status, this weekend's square dance event is a go!
PS. We still have guest spots for GCA callers in the A2 and C1 hours... let me know if you're interested!
