My lower back feels like someone was beating me with a baseball bat all night. How one can do that without waking me up is kinda a neat trick, but the pain in my back doesn't lie.
I'm guessing it's some sort of muscle strain since it is a wide band of agony from side to side above the hips rather than centered on the spine or any particular skeletal structure. Either I pulled or strained something yesterday without knowing or I slept in the most obtuse position overnight. Whatever it was, please remind me later to never do it again.
Hopefully, a little walking & stretching will help ease the throbbing. I'm off to the data center for a quick house call... pray for anyone who has to deal with me today until the paid subsides.
