DC Diamond Circulate Updates
Feb. 10th, 2009 01:27 pmThe convention hotel continues to fill. We currently have 2300 room-nights booked of 2470 in our block. That's 93.1% full.
I've done some cross-checking between the hotel guest list of a week ago and our current registrations to see who have booked rooms without yet registering or vice versa. I still need to count the mismatches but it will be a challenge: so many folks are booking for themselves but not listing their spouses/roomies. I need to spend some additional time on this.
Our next meeting (Thursday) is all about volunteers: how many does each subcommittee require, for which tasks and which shifts. Whee.
