First C2 Class!
Nov. 3rd, 2008 11:35 pmJohn Marshall's C2 class actually started five weeks ago but I've been unable to attend because of a long series of Monday night schedule conflicts. Tonight, I finally made it.
Lucky for me, John was planning to make the evening review only with no new material. I've been checking off the calls from
cuyahogarvr's notes so I was able to study up on the calls to date.
We covered: (anything) concept, catch 1/2/3/4, cross concentric concept, grand chain eight, peel to a diamond, rotary (anything), scoot & little more, split swap around, stagger concept, stretched concept, (vertical) tag your neighbour, turn to a line, unwrap, wheel the ocean.
I'm proud to say that while I wasn't especially graceful much of the time, I at least didn't bring shame upon my ancestors --I have better ways of doing that :-). It was a tremendously fun evening of dancing; I'm looking forward to the next class!
