Good news!

My aunt Lee had her surgery for pancreatic cancer yesterday. The surgery went faster than planned and the doctors are expressing confidence they got the entire tumour. She's recovering comfortably now --well, as best one can after major surgery-- and they will decide on a regimen of chemotherapy soon, if any.

Cleveland!

The annual Cleveland square dance fly-in is continuing as I type this. kent4str and I flew into town Thursday night and spent a large portion of Friday working on food preparation for the event.

John Marshall is an emergency substitute for Anne Uebelacker who discovered a scheduling conflict a little while ago. I had a blast with his A2 choreography last night and am looking forward to both the A2 workshop and C1 workshop this afternoon.

At the moment, I'm trying to decide which I need more: lunch or sleep. I think I'll go with lunch.
