Can't resist a meme...

I can almost see most of that, but the last portion ("You see good things in situations where others may not...") utterly misses my reality. Most commonly, it is others who find the good in situations I would otherwise write off as a failed experiment. I'm probably one of the most pessimistic people I know, but I can take minor comfort from knowing it's a learned trait rather than an inherent one.
