Another Day With Ones and Zeroes
Nov. 19th, 2005 12:17 pmKent is off to his role-playing game in Fairfax so I have the day to myself to putter around the house. This is my one time per month to force order onto the chaos of our household without domestic interference so I take full advantage.
The washing machine & dryer are currently busy doing my bidding & our bedding. I've finally dug out a space for the Mac Classic and the Commodore SX-64 in the back office so they're no longer in my computer room. Kent's XP workstation is digitizing the latest square dance music purchases, my XP workstation is sorting & indexing my porn collection (now 112,000 images), the Linux box is busy running automatic backups and the iMac is blasting out Patsy Cline via iTunes as I type this entry. God, I love being a geek.
I still have to sort out the accumulated papers on the coffee table, update QuickBooks with the latest square dance income/expense items and stuff a dozen envelopes of photos into an album. Whee.
