Alas, this is where my education in the public school system of Ontario failed me miserably.

I [was] utterly unable to describe such nectar of the gods to someone in spanish or whatever language they were using that I clearly couldn't. I wanted a milkshake of bittersweet chocolate, but I received instead a pint of regular chocolate ice cream tightly packed into a large styrofoam cup. Ah, well... I decided it was easier to change my mind about what I wanted, declare victory and grab two spoons.
the way to "train" a cat is to observe closely, figger out what they're about to do, and then aloud tell it to do (whatever). The cat will do what you just told it to do. voila!
(don't they have a menu board that you could point to?)
