The Weather Channel just reported the DC area can expect near record high temperatures today & tomorrow with a heat index of about 110 degrees F.

Have I mentioned in the last 30 seconds or so how grateful I am for air conditioning? Well, I am.

The power grid is really gonna feel this one...

According to our weather service, In Ottawa with the humidex, it feels like 47 Celcius, which calculates to 117 Farenheit...zoinks!

Bleh! Ottawa certainly enjoys both ends of the temperature spectrum.
