bjarvisI swear the soft drink vending machine in the lounge at my data center is telepathic.
This afternoon, I made a quick visit to swap in some hardware. It was a trivial function but needed to be done and I really don't want to do this next week during a very busy work week combined with heavy traffic.
Anyway, after tinkering, I decided to treat myself to a Mountain Dew from the vending machine on my way out the door. I dropped in my two quarters and two dimes to purchase a $0.65 can. Out dropped my $0.05 change and a can of Mountain Dew.
I hadn't selected the drink or unit size yet.

I'm sure the appropriate button was jammed or stuck, perhaps heavily abused by the regular staff. Still, the little surprise made my day. Which also probably says a lot about how much my past 24 hours has sucked.
