well, at least your old glasses aren't cats-eye shaped with rhinestone zingers in the corner...
so, that was yesterday, have you sworn that you're not a terrorist, just a person who likes to see, and gotten the new spectacles back yet?
and if not, have you considered using duct tape to take much of the weight of the old pair? It'll make 'em seem less nose-pinchy, and the left-behind duct tape adhesive comes off really easily with nail polish remover.
