Ah, so you experienced the problems with an innacurate mapquest eh? And on Aurora Ave no less. Yeah, that's a strange bird, that Ave. It's old Highway 99 that predates I-5 which didn't begin to cut through Seattle until the 60's. The freeway was actually finished somewhere between Seattle and Tacoma sometme around 1969-1972 time period.
