At the higher levels, the gay & straight clubs here tend to get along well. At the MS & Plus levels, it varies tremendously.
I was mulling over how to approach the straight clubs last night and haven't found any particularly good answers. I'm not sure if a communication system exists for soliciting interest, or how to gauge their proficiency in preparation for the C levels. More research is needed here.
As an additional fallback position, I was searching online yesterday for any C1 boot camp weekend but came up utterly dry. Anyone have any pointers?
