Freakin' Huge Amounts of Rain!

The skies have opened up and an aquatic apocalypse is upon us. I fear that my street-parked but unachored Civic may float away in the deluge. On the good side, this is probably the cleanest my car has been in months.

It's snowing here in trawna (gee, whatta change - grrrrr). The bizzarre and quite novel event is the thunder and lightning that are going along with it.

can I come and hide under your bed until it's all over? with maybe a box or two of thin mints to keep me calm?

Thundersnow is novel? Huh. I've experienced it in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Michigan.

Dear, my truck sits unprotected, out on the street too and I've not washed since I bought it 2 years ago and it's been through some deluges too and it still looks dirty. :-)

you havent seen rain till you see the early summer gutter busters we get here.

2pm sunny
215pm partly cloudy
217 raining so hard you cant see out the windows on the 6th floor of the building
245 sunny...and now "saunalicious" due to the gutter buster.
