A Pointless Post

Today has been one long bore, a struggle to stay awake.

The great excitement of my morning? Sifting through the MP3 files stored on my Palm Pilot, deleting ones I don't listen to anymore. Whee.

In 20 minutes, I'll have finished listening to today's BBC World Service podcasts. Then I'll be totally screwed.

Who knew keeping awake would be so problematic?

I'm struggling myself under a NyQuil/lack-of-sleep haze.

*stares at clock*

I could use a lot more sleep but that's normal for this time of the month: so many evenings out are catching up with me, esp. since I'm not 21 anymore. *sigh*

Too, to

Aaaaaaaack! I'm gonna pull out the last hair on my head!(and there ain'a lot of 'em left) Whyzit that people cannot seem to differentiate between too and to or your and you're?! And I'm not picking on you as it seems like more and more people don't have any idea which is witch ;)

But then again I'm still entirely confused by Starbucks Coffee. In my feeble mind it should be either Starbuck's or Starbucks' Coffee. Tully's Coffee uses the apostrophe why doesn't Starbucken?

Don't get your panties in a knot. I know the difference between "to," "too" and "two." This was just a keyboard bounce, nothing more.

My "panties" couldn't be in a knot since I don't wear any :)

And your explanation works about as well as anything else ;)
