In Other News...

Michael K. from Cleveland has been our utterly delightful house guest since Tuesday evening. Having him around the past couple days has been great: we've been abusing him as a houseboy as we go about catching up on much neglected domestic work such as grocery shopping, and he's handled all with humour and grace.

We're taking him to our trailer at Roseland this coming weekend, although he'll be returning to Cleveland on his own on Saturday to attend a wedding. I'm looking forward to abusing his generousity further until then. :-)

And indeed he was, seeing his daughter off following her graduation. We managed to persuade him to stop in DC for a couple of days on his way home.

We promise to return him to Cleveland more or less intact. :-)
