I'm spending the first day of 2011 doing paperwork. Whee.

Filing. So much filing. I've been ignoring the stack of papers for a few months and it hasn't gone away. *sigh*
Filing, Part II. I only need to keep 7 years of financial papers so I can ditch some of the filing cabinet contents going back to the 1990s. The paper shredder is gonna hate me.
My medical savings account is new again so I ordered a prescription, have a dental appointment scheduled for Jan 9 and will have an eye exam as soon as convenient. Of course, my medical deductibles have also reset but such is life.
In many US states, one may get a free credit report annually from the big three credit bureaux. Experian doesn't make it easy to get, but TransUnion has a portal which helps you get those annual free reports from all three. I've downloaded mine, found no errors and am good for another year.
