We visited the old West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville, WV, this past weekend. It was a functioning prison 1866 to 1995. The small, confined quarters with no privacy and inhuman living conditions brought back many fond childhood memories of elementary school.

The Feds still have prisons in Morgantown and Huntington. (Guess what my dad did)

The left is a bit dark for an icon. The right would look great on top of an employee badge.

How come the height scales behind you don't match left-to-right? and what do the numbers represent? (on the scales, I can figger out the 1866-95 "prisoner number")

re: facial hair - the beard looks fine to moi, though you may want to narrow it side-to-side. your moustache, on the other hand, is so pale (?grey?), in most photos it doesn't really show up, so at first glance (or non-close-up pix) it looks as if you have an Abe Lincoln/ mennonite beard-with-no-upper-lip-hair.

re: black hair - while my upper lip hair is still very black and the rest of my chin is whiter than white. Go figure.
