Registration Nightmare Ramps Up

We're having the first registration packet stuffing party tonight. The goal is to prepare 850 manilla envelopes filled with the photography schedule, various club flyers, our own club flyers, announcements and so on. The dance schedules and photo order forms will be coming next Tuesday so we'll have another round then.

I was hoping to also personalize a set of #10 envelopes with the meal tickets, swag tickets, pre-ordered t-shirt tickets and so on but that plan has fallen apart. I've utterly underestimated the number of people registering, transferring registrations or canceling at the last minute: I'm getting at least one per hour yesterday and today. I've given up trying to hit this moving target for now... I'll try this again early next week 48 hours before the registration desk opens when I sincerely hope people will finally decide what they're doing.

Hey Kent, remember the nightmare that was FSG 1992? When I lost my voice, and had just moved out of the Farm and one participant tried to break her leg at main ritual? We had it easyyyyy...

Breathe deeply. Take vast quantities of Tylenol, Advil, or some other favorite pain reliever not involving alchol. Get snuggled. You'll be OK.
