California Bound!

Far too early tomorrow morning, I'm flying Virgin America to San Francisco for a business meeting at the offices of my employer. I'll be staying at the Crowne Plaza Mid Peninsula, 1221 Chess Drive, Foster City, CA 94404, which is I'm assured close to my employer's HQ.

Much of Saturday is currently booked, presuming I can actually stay awake after the early morning and extended day.

Sunday begins with dim sum, organized by allanh. Click for details... all are welcome to join us. I'm planning to hang out with the Midnight Squares in the afternoon.

I'm going to be at the office generally during the daytime of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I hope to be available for fun & frolic in the evenings but that's unclear at the moment: my employer may have other plans.

I fly back to DC on the red-eye Wednesday evening, departing SFO 9:35 PM.

Ooh a chance to meet the handsome birthday boy (Happy Birthday!).

I'm afraid my only social outlet this weekend is likely to be a trip to the SF Eagle beer bust on Sunday afternoon, and even that is about 50/50 as work is likely to even occupy much of the weekend. The dim sum sounds tempting but I don't think I can do it.

Hopefully this won't be the only trip!!
