Happy birthday!

[livejournal.com profile] excessor survives yet another revolution around our little yellow star! Yay!

Luck abounds. If I were on Mercury, I'd be celebrating my 186.87th birthday today. But then, I'd also be trying to avoid pools of molten metal, which doesn't seem nearly as fun as a having a drink with a friend or two.

I'm happy to be here to celebrate another birthday.

But if you were in the upper atmosphere of Jupiter (avoiding the crushing pressure of the planet rather than the crushing pressure of work), you'd only be 3.75 years and [livejournal.com profile] dr_scott would be guity of corrupting a minor.

Have an extra drink for me!

When I met him, that ship had already sailed, that train had left the station, that die had already been cast, that white wedding dress had already yellowed... :-)

And yet he is still immature. It's a paradox. And he not even a doctor.

Recycling is good for the environment. :-)

It's almost like you're trying to say something.
