Aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh....
I went to bed around 10:30 PM last night, the earliest I've managed since, oh, the invention of dirt. At least it feels like it's been that long.
And it felt good.
I still woke up on reflex 5 hours later but drifted quickly back to sleep until the alarm sounded at 6:30 AM.
I can't repeat that particular schedule tonight as we're dancing Advanced & C1 at DC Lambda Squares' club night tonight: I won't be home until 10 PM or so, and will require an hour or so to catch up on snail-mail, e-mail and generally prepare for work Friday. I do hope for a reasonable bedtime though.
