What am I doing Friday night? Thanks for asking!
I'll be calling A2 square dancing for the Zig-Zaggers in northern Virginia, Friday 8-10 PM! I'm on their caller rotation but wasn't scheduled for this particular Friday; a last minute shuffle has presented me a gift I couldn't refuse.
Word has been passed to me that they're "A2 lite," preferring relaxed and uncomplicated choreography. I was hoping to attend a few of their dances to get a feel for the floor level before my scheduled gigs but those plans are now a little accelerated. I'll take everything I have, be exceptionally sensitive to the mood of the hall and be prepared to wing it as needed.
