Hotel Room-Night Comparison & Summary

Some folks from upcoming IAGSDC conventions have been asking for details about our room-block allocations at our recent convention. Here's the summary and comparison I've passed to Chicago.

The hotel room night bookings were up and down throughout the last couple of months prior to our convention.

In our original hotel contract, signed in June of 2006, we had reserved:

4/6/09  45 room-nights
4/7/09  75 room-nights
4/8/09  175 room-nights
4/9/09  450 room-nights
4/10/09 475 room-nights
4/11/09 475 room-nights
4/12/09 350 room-nights

As we began taking registrations and folks started making reservations, we had the following in early March, 45 days
