C1 Square Dance Weekend
We made it home safely yesterday evening from John Marshall's C1 concepts square dance weekend in York, PA.
In all, it was a fun time. There were a few tips which I found excrutiatingly difficult; one tip Saturday night left me so annoyed & frustrated that I would have called it a night if it wasn't already nearly the end of that dance block. John commented that some of the material he was calling would challenge a C3A floor but that wasn't much consolation at that particular moment. In all though I had a good time, acquitted myself adequately and didn't do permanent physical damage to myself, my partner or my squares so I'm declaring victory.
Tonight, we have our regular C2 class... we'll see if I remember anything from the weekend. :-)
