My Dear Employer scored 100% on HRC's corporate equality index for the third year in a row. The index measures policies and practices pertinent to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees, consumers and investors.

I suppose I should be happy about this but there are so many other issues to deal with right now, it's not registering much on my radar.
