The pain between my shoulder blades is improving. Before going to bed last night,

cuyahogarvr used the hand-held vibrating massager to pound my tenser muscles into submission. A subsequent squeeze by

kent4str caused a lot of snap, crackling & popping with a huge diminishment in pain and discomfort.

This morning, I'm still feeling a dull throb but my mobility is nearly normal again. Hopefully, all will be well again in another day or two.
