xmas shopping continues to piss me off
Yes, it's two days after xmas but it's still raising my blood pressure.
I'm trying to get some Fisher Price "Read With Me" DVDs for my two-year-old niece in Parry Sound, Ontario. While I've found suppliers in the US, sending them across the border into Canada not only will require additional shipping expense, but also customs & duties, processing fees and a tonne of headaches for the recipients. I've shipped items to family in Canada before and regretted it every time: I now only order from Canadian outlets to be shipped directly to Canadian destinations.
The snag is that I haven't been able to find any retail outlet outside of the US of "Read With Me" products. All the usual suspects --Sears, Hudson's Bay, Zellers, Canadian Tire, Toys-R-Us.ca, Amazon.ca, etc.-- have all come up dry.
Anyone have any recommendations of online Canadian retail outlets? Kaylee will forgive a single present from her weird uncles arriving late, but if I can't find something soon, I'll have to think of some form of Plan B.
